seasonally includes traditional favorites such as French Onion Soup with Three Cheeses and Braised Oxtail, Coq au Vin with Hedgehog Mushrooms or perhaps “Trois Petits Cochons”, Three Little Pigs with Braised Red Cabbage Slaw.
