On Tuesday February 14th we will offer 2 Three Course Prix Fixe Menus

First Course    Choice of:

Yellowfin tuna tartar with a Grapefruit and watermelon radish salad, sesame oil and green tea salt

or

Cream of Cauliflower Soup with smoked salmon and white asparagus

or

Oven roast quail with fig bread stuffing and celery root puree with a sauce of dried Black Cherries

Second Course  Choice of:

Pan seared arctic char, with Avocado & Lobster, Yellow Pepper, Cilantro and Lemongrass

or

Braised bavette of beef, wild chanterelle risotto, buttered English peas

or

Roast breast of Muscovy Duck, Buttered parsnips & a candy striped beet carpaccio

Butter Poached Lobster with blood oranges, endive and white asparagus

Roast Rack of Lamb, wild rice salad of  dried cranberries and apricots and a gingered bread pudding

Pan roast Norwegian Steelhead Trout  with French du puy lentils, meyer lemon and Nantucket Bay scallops

or

Duo of Beef~Sirloin of Beef and Braised Beef Cheeks with a Potato Pancake of Cato Corner’s Drunken Hooligan Cheese and a Salad of  Red Watercress with a Truffled Vinaigrette
